We ships all items through Fedex / EMS International Air Express to world wide. The shipping time of FedEx usually takes 3-6 business days.

In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you’ll receive your order:

Processing Time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. After we confirm the size with you though the email we will ship the dress out within 7-15 work day.

Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by Fedex / EMS to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3 - 6 business days.

When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.

Important

You can’t change your shipping address after you placed an order, or we probably will cancel the order and refund the money to you. So please make sure you left the correct shipping address while you making the order.

Return Policy

Dressinchina wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

Cancellation

    Once Your order has been placed you may cancel within 24 hours or before work as begun on the production of Your order. Because all of Our designs are commissioned on a made to order basis We do not offer a refund once work has begun on Your design. If you are cancelling before work has begun then we will refund Your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.



Returns

    We guarantee that Our dresses will arrive in Good Condition, made to a high standard and be of the material, design and size that you Ordered. We do not provide a guarantee for the negligence of the shipping Company. If Your dress arrives and You are not satisfied with the condition of the package then ensure that you either refuse the delivery or contact the shipping company while the delivery person waits so that you can confirm Their procedure for receiving a damaged package. We do work with Our selected carriers to ensure that the package arrives in Good Condition, however should it arrive in an unsatisfactory state it is the responsibility of the Delivery Company to reimburse Their damage.


    If Your dress arrives and the order has been made without meeting your specifications such as, Size, Colour or Material then it is important that You contact Customer Service to Log Your Complaint within 4 days of receiving the Goods. You will be asked to provide a written description of the problem with the order and at least two photographs of the order showing the problem in good lighting. Once a problem has been establish Our customer care will issue are Return Goods Authorization Number, Returns to us without a Return Goods Authorization Number will not be accepted as Returns and no refund will be issued. Returned Goods must be in the Original Condition, not altered or dirtied in anyway.


    You will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless Our Company has dispatched the wrong item.


    We Guarantee to provide the Dress You commissioned in the Sizes, Style and Material that You order. Once the dress production has begun are cancellation will not be available. Please ensure that the measurements that You give are accurate.

    Should You wish to Cancel or Return goods please get in touch as soon as possible. After the Fourth day of delivery a Return will not be considered. If you are not satisfied with condition in which the goods have been received then contact the delivery company immediately. Once a package has been signed for You must be prompt in registering Your complaint. Ensure you quote Your tracking number and Delivery address and have a clear description of the problem. The number of Your delivery Company will be printed on Your delivery receipt.

Your wedding dress order is not including gloves, shawl, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat of the wedding dress.

The styles on show could be amended properly according to your special request.

Once production begins it will take 7-15 working days to tailor Your dresses by a professional dressmaker. When Your order is ready to be dispatched it will take 4-5 working days for the package travel from Our facilities to Your destination, the exact shipping time will vary depending on Customs checks and the Courier Company.
Within 48 hours of placing Your Order you will receive an order confirmation confirming the particulars of Your dress and the estimated delivery date which depending on availability of materials, complexity and size of Your order may be beyond the normal 15 Day period.
